As an SMS Strata client you will receive first-class financial reporting so you can see just how your investment is working for you. Our reports are clearly set out and include: balance sheets, statements of income and expenditure for administration fund & sinking fund and cash payment reports. We also offer cash receipts reporting, arrears reports, financial reports, financial updates and budgets.

Reports produced for Strata Management Services include:

  • Balance sheet – with balances and account details of all monies held
  • Statement of income and expenditure – Administration fund
  • Statement of income and expenditure – Sinking fund
  • Notes to the above accounts and Quarterly reports of the Management of Funds

Supporting reports provided include:

  • Cash Payments Report – detailing every payment made on behalf of the Owners’ Corporation
  • Cash Receipts Report – detailing monies received
  • Arrears Reports – detailing Proprietors in arrears
  • Financial updates can be provided at any time upon request
