An octogenarian in his hospital bed has been charged with shooting with intent to murder after an argument at a strata meeting in south-western Sydney.
The 85-year-old, Ili Studor, allegedly shot 66-year-old Stephen Smith in the neck, on the landing of Cruachan Court on Quigg Street, Lakemba on Thursday night.
On Friday afternoon, he was charged with shooting with intent to murder, possessing ammunition without a permit and possessing an unregistered firearm.
